Gerald “Jerry” Geltner, 74, of Mt. Prospect. Passed away peacefully Tuesday, August 22, 2017. Beloved husband of Sharon Geltner. Loving father of Gerald “Tyger” (Amy) Geltner, Jr., and Scott (Kate) Geltner. Cherished grandfather of Alyssa, Addison, and Emily Geltner. Devoted brother of Sandra Haislip, Joyce (Rick) Jackson, and Nancy (Buzz) Hardin. Fond uncle of many.
Jerry proudly served his country in the Army. He was very involved in the U.S.O. and many other Fraternal Organizations.
Visitation Thursday, 2:00 P.M. until Funeral Services at 6:00 P.M. at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd. (at Northwest Highway) Mt. Prospect.
Private interment.
